Rebates are rewarded to buyers who are registered in the CSR Rebate Program. Registration MUST take place prior to working with any real estate processional. CSR’s preference is that you allow them to place you with an agent in your preferred area; however, if there is someone in mind you would like to work with, prior to speaking to them, just provide CSR with their contact information, and we will set it all up for you.

Is a Real Estate Rebate Taxable?

The answer is No. The real estate rebate is a considered a reduction in the cost of a home you buy, and, or sell. It is not considered income; therefore, is not taxable up to 10K. No 1099 will be issued to you.
